A field trip to Shanghai Gymnastics Club is a fun, inexpensive, and healthy treat for any school or daycare centre!

Gymnastics is one of the most popular olympic sports. It builds agility, strength, flexibility, fitness, self-esteem, confidence, concentration and coordination.

Children receive a full hour of fun, games and gymnastics all catered to their particular age group.

Our instructors will lead the group through:

• stretching and warm-up period
• structured lesson on the Olympic events, including vault, uneven bars, balance beam and floor
• gymnastics games and obstacle courses
• trampoline and jump-in foam pit time

After the hour of instruction, groups can choose to spend a half hour in our lobby area for snack time.
